Deskripsi Umum :

Tujuan Percobaan

Pengujian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan nilai kuat tarik baja beton dan parameter lainnya (Tegangan Leleh, Tegangan Putus dan Regangan). Pengujian ini selanjutnya dapat digunakan dalam pengendalian mutu baja.

 

Pendahuluan tentang Mesin 

Mesin ini telah dirancang untuk digunakan, di lapangan atau laboratorium untuk melakukan uji tarik pada baja tulangan baja hingga diameter 26 mm. dan uji kompresi/tekan pada spesimen beton berbentuk silinder sampai dengan dia. 160×320 mm dan kubus sampai 150 mm, dengan menggunakan asesoris tambahan yang sesuai.
Pengukuran beban dan akuisisi data oleh display dan unit pengolahan mikroprosesor DIGIMAX UTM.

Frame
Frame terdiri dari struktur yang sangat kaku dengan susunan silinder akting ganda.
Termasuk Grip tarik dan dilengkapi dengan transduser perpindahan presisi tinggi 150 mm yang memungkinkan eksekusi uji di bawah kontrol pemisahan crosshead. Lihat Spesifikasi Teknis.

Mesin disuplai lengkap dengan satu set pemegang tarik(Grip), 4 pegangan baji untuk flat hingga ketebalan 13 mm, 4 pegangan baji untuk putaran hingga 26 mm dia. dan 2 set grip liner 4 dan 8 mm tebal.

Distance pieces
